We encourage you to read our Terms of Use before submitting an order. After receiving an order under these terms, our company will designate the applicable representatives to perform the services. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time.
Authorization of the Creative Process
If you wish to engage us to provide services, you must submit valid payment information to authorize the start of the creative process.
The Estimated Delivery period is provided with the best circumstances in mind. However, due to the nature of creative production, revisions, and client feedback cycles, additional time may be required. By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of such extensions.
Service Description
We will use professional methods and creative expertise to fulfill your order and deliver the agreed service scope. Every effort will be made to achieve the desired outcome based on the information and materials provided by the customer.
Delivery of Completed Works
We provide completed works (such as edited photos or videos) through digital formats only.
Options for delivery include:
1. Secure download via a private link provided to the customer; or
2. Alternative delivery methods by prior written agreement.
All works are subject to an Estimated Delivery timeline, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of order. Larger or premium projects may require additional production time.
Unsuccessful or Dissatisfactory Results
In the event that results cannot be achieved due to the quality or limitations of the submitted materials (e.g., poor image resolution, corrupted files), we will notify you. Refund eligibility will be governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please note that dissatisfaction based on subjective preference (e.g., style differences) does not entitle a refund if the service was rendered as described.
Revisions
Some services may include a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges. Customers will be informed of these costs before further work begins.
Return of Original Media
Since our services are based on digital submissions (e.g., uploaded photos or files), no physical media will be returned. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of their original files.
Abandoned Projects
If a project remains inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of response from the customer, we reserve the right to close the project. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Service Limitations
You understand that while we use professional methods, we cannot guarantee specific creative results. Every reasonable effort will be made, but outcomes depend partly on the quality and suitability of the source materials you provide.
Terms of Payment
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. The service fee is non-refundable except under circumstances described in our Refund Policy.
Taxes
You accept that we shall withhold all taxes where required by law.
Authorization
By submitting your materials, you authorize us, our employees, and contractors to access, process, and transform the submitted materials in accordance with your order.
Legal Rights
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant to us that you are the rightful owner or have obtained the necessary rights to the submitted materials. You agree to indemnify our company against any claims or legal actions arising from the submitted content.
Confidentiality
We take reasonable steps to protect your data and project details against unauthorized access, except as required by law. Your content will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Disclaimer
We provide services “as is,” without warranties of any kind regarding specific creative outcomes. All creative processes are undertaken at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that your submitted materials may have inherent limitations (e.g., low resolution, compression artifacts). We shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction or inability to achieve specific creative outcomes. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
Estimated Delivery
The Estimated Delivery timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the project scope, revisions, and client feedback. Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g., technical failures, client delays in providing feedback) shall not constitute a breach of contract.
Personal Data
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order. We may communicate with you through the contact details you provide, and you are responsible for keeping your information up to date.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of our Services.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration under the applicable laws of our jurisdiction.
Assignment
You agree that these Terms of Use cannot be assigned or transferred without our prior written approval. We may freely assign or delegate our rights and obligations with notice to you.
