Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with our photo editing and video transformation services. However, due to the digital and creative nature of our work, refund requests are subject to specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund if:

  1. The refund request is made before we begin processing your order.
  2. We are unable to start your project due to technical or scheduling reasons on our side.
  3. A refund request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that no creative work (such as editing or production) has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be granted if:

  1. A refund request is submitted after we have already started editing or production work on your order.
  2. You are dissatisfied with the creative style or subjective result of a completed order, provided that the service was rendered as described.
  3. A refund request is made after the Estimated Delivery of completed works, unless we have explicitly failed to deliver any agreed content.
  4. The dissatisfaction is caused by the limitations of the submitted materials (e.g., low resolution, corrupted files, missing assets).
  5. The request is based on price differences compared to other providers or later promotions.
  6. You purchased the wrong service or package but refuse to adjust or upgrade to the correct option with our support team’s assistance.
  7. The request is made after the order is marked as completed and delivered.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

In many cases, issues can be resolved through revisions. Depending on the service package purchased, a certain number of revisions may be included. Additional revisions can be provided at an extra charge upon request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via our inquiry form within the applicable refund period. Please provide your order details and a clear explanation of your request. We will review each case and respond within five (5) business days.
